Trinity Waconia is currently seeking candidates to fill the following positions:

Trinity Lutheran Church & School is seeking dedicated and service-minded Evening & Weekend Custodians to help ensure our campus remains clean, welcoming, and ready for ministry, school activities, and community events. This role includes daily cleaning of classrooms and common areas, restroom maintenance, and providing support for evening and weekend events through room setup, teardown, and warm, helpful on-site assistance. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoys contributing to a positive environment for students, staff, and guests. Evening hours and rotating weekend availability are required. 

The following schedules are available during the school year:
Monday-Friday 4:00-8:00 pm and every other Sunday 7:00-9:00 pm
Monday-Friday 5:00-9:00 pm and every other Sunday 7:00-9:00 pm 

Summer Hours: Monday-Friday 5:00-8:00 pm and every other Sunday 7:00-9:00 pm
Compensation: $22/hour

Trinity Waconia Child Care (TWCC) is looking for a caring and dependable Child Care Aide to join our team! This position supports our staff in providing a safe, nurturing, Christ-centered environment for the children in our care. We are currently seeking an individual to work approximately 10 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 2:30-4:30 pm. The ideal candidate enjoys working with young children, has a positive attitude, and is eager to be part of a fun, faith-filled team. Applicants must be at least 16 years old.
