Trinity Lutheran School is seeking an organized leader to serve as our School Age Care Director and Lead Teacher. This pivotal role oversees all aspects of our before/after-school programs and our summer program, Kingdom Quest: Summer Adventures. We are looking for a Christ-centered professional with an Associate’s degree (or equivalent experience) who can blend administrative excellence with a passion for ministry. You will be responsible for designing engaging curriculum, supervising a dedicated staff, and fostering a safe, nurturing environment where students in grades K–5 can grow in faith and friendship. If you are a self-motivated leader who excels at building relationships with families and staff alike, we invite you to help us empower the next generation of servant leaders.

Trinity Lutheran School in Waconia is seeking energetic and dedicated individuals to join Kingdom Quest: Summer Adventures as Program Aides! Help us provide a summer of fun, faith, and friendship for students entering grades 1–5. We offer flexible part-time shifts (typically 4–6 hours/day, not every day of the week) between June 1 and August 18. If you are at least 16 years old, love working with kids, and want to share Christ’s love through adventures and field trips, we want to hear from you!
