Trinity Lutheran Church, upon prayerful consideration, is seeking to call an Associate Pastor to serve as a vital relational bridge between our thriving school ministry and the broader congregation. Reporting to the Senior Pastor, this full-time called position focuses heavily on "inreach"—building intentional relationships with school families, connecting unchurched or nominally connected families into active fellowship, and providing spiritual encouragement to our faculty. In addition to school-focused ministry, the Associate Pastor will oversee a dynamic adult discipleship program and regularly preach and assist in worship.

Trinity Lutheran Church & School is seeking a Church & School Administrative Coordinator to join our administrative team in a part-time job-share role (15-25 hours/week, $20-$25/hour). Serving as a central administrative and relational hub for our church and school operations, this position works collaboratively with a job-share counterpart to ensure front office coverage during core business hours (Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM). Primary responsibilities include greeting visitors with gospel-centered hospitality, executing mass communications, assisting with school admissions workflows, and maintaining database records.

Trinity Waconia Child Care (TWCC) is looking for a full-time caring and dependable Early Childhood Teacher to join our team! Grounded in our purpose to provide a Christ-centered education that engages, equips, and empowers students to reach their God-given potential as servant leaders for Jesus, this role leads daily programming for children ages 33 months to 5 years old in the full-day child care program. Working collaboratively with the TWCC Director and staff, the Early Childhood Teacher creates an engaging, nurturing environment where young learners grow academically, socially, and spiritually.

Trinity Waconia is seeking a part-time, energetic, Christ-centered Lead Teacher to join our School Age Care program! Grounded in our purpose to provide a Christ-centered education that engages, equips, and empowers students to reach their God-given potential as servant leaders for Jesus, the School Age Care Lead Teacher is responsible for implementing a stimulating, safe, and caring after-school environment for students in grades K–5. Working under the direction of the School Age Care Director, the Lead Teacher helps implement purposeful daily programming—including engaging group activities, snack time, and active recreation—that supports students' spiritual and social growth during out-of-school hours.

This position supports our staff in providing a safe, nurturing, Christ-centered environment for children ages 33 months to 5 years old in our full-day child care program. Working collaboratively with the TWCC Director, teachers, and staff, the Teacher Aide helps create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where young learners grow academically, socially, and spiritually.
