Typical Day Overview

Morning Care

Morning Care

The students start the day in a calm, supervised space with quiet options like puzzles, coloring, or reading. They help clean up before walking together to breakfast and staying in the lunchroom until classroom dismissal.

Afternoon Care

Afternoon Care

The students check in with staff and enjoy a snack before choosing homework time, games, or creative play. We aim for daily outdoor time, and when weather doesn’t cooperate, kids get movement time in the gym instead, followed by free-choice activities until pick-up

Summer & Non-School Days

Summer & Non-School Days

The days include supervised arrival, snacks/meals packed from home, outdoor and gym play, and rotating themed activities like art, STEM, games, and reading. Schedules vary a little and are shared ahead of time through Procare.

Yes! We try to go outside daily unless weather doesn’t allow it. When outdoor play isn’t possible, kids get movement time in the gym instead.

No, families provide their child’s snacks, lunches, and drinks. This includes both during the school year and summer care days. Please pack food your child enjoys and any allergy-safe options they may need.

We are an allergy-aware program. Staff ensure children only eat food brought from home and help monitor safety based on individual health needs.

We encourage positive peer relationships through cooperative play, group games, and guided social activities, while also offering independent options when kids need them.

All updates and reminders are shared through Procare. Parents can also email the School Age Care Director with any questions or care needs.
